Made appointment a week before with James to have oil , fuel filter, tire rotation and check for noise by driver front tire and recall on transmission. Everything went very well with up dates keeping me informed of how progress was going. New it would take a while but that was very courteous and thoughtful of them doing that to keep me updated along with others.

After they had already started work on my car the girl told me that my extended warranty would not cover the work they were doing. I explained to her that they had replaced a sensor one time before and the extended warranty did pay. After several phone calls and taking up my time the extended warranty did pay part of the service call. The girl should have done all of this when I went there to set an appointment up to have my car worked on.

Started with an intermittent problem. Service Advisor stated that since the problem was not occurring at the time of the visit maybe we should leave well enough alone. A week later failure occurred, called Allie, she had me bring my vehicle in and it was after 5PM. I noticed the check engine was also on this time. Left my vehicle to be diagnosed and repaired. Allie dealt with the extended warranty folks and they paid all but my deposit, cool. While my vehicle was there I was notified by Onstar that my battery was in need of replacement. Battery was dead [5 yrs old] and Allie got it replaced. All in all could not have asked for a better outcome.
